How Blaze Global Chauffeurs uses your information

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, ride details (pickup, destination, times) and, for drivers, vehicle and licence details and live location while online. Card details are held by Stripe and Paystack, never on our servers; we only store the card brand and last four digits.

How we use it

• To arrange, carry out and support your rides
• To take payment and send receipts
• To keep the service safe and meet legal obligations

Sharing

Your first name, pickup details and phone number are shared with your assigned chauffeur. We share payment data with Stripe or Paystack to process payments. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing bookings@blazeglobalchauffeurs.com.
