Bookings

Fares shown before you book are the price you pay for the route, class and time you choose. UK bookings need at least 2 hours notice and international bookings 24 hours. Your chauffeur waits 15 minutes free of charge; longer waits, extra stops or route changes may be charged.

Payment

When you book by card, we place a hold for the fare on your saved card. The card is charged when your trip is completed. If a ride is cancelled, the hold is released. Paystack payments in Naira are taken at booking and refunded if the ride is cancelled before pickup.

Cancellations

You can cancel online before your chauffeur arrives. After arrival, please call us on +44 7762 557954.

Conduct

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, abuse drivers or staff, or provide false information.
